FAQ

    • Yes! We accept group reservations for 8–16 guests in our main dining area. These are available before 6:30pm in low season (November–April) and before 5:30pm in high season (May–October). You’ll be seated at one or two adjacent tables.

    • For groups over 16, we recommend booking one of our private or semi-private event spaces to ensure comfort and service quality. Our Event Manager can help you select the perfect space.

    • We offer a range of flexible spaces, including:

      • The Loft – Cozy and intimate (14 seated)

      • Tasting Room – Mountain views and distillery backdrop (20 seated / 30 standing)

      • Midway Room – Private space with kitchen views (28 seated / 35 standing)

      • Midway + Patio Options – Extend your event outdoors (up to 70 standing)

      • Full Restaurant Buyout – Ideal for large events (80 seated / 250 standing)

    • Yes. All private and semi-private spaces have minimum food and beverage spend requirements. These vary by:

      • Room selection

      • Season (low vs. high)

      • Event duration (3 or 6 hours)

      • Day of the week and holiday weekends

    • Ask our Event Manager for specific rates based on your date and space.

    • A minimum spend is the minimum amount you are required to spend on food and beverages before 5% tax and 20% gratuity are applied.

    • You’re not paying a rental fee—instead, everything you order during your event (food, drinks, etc.) goes toward meeting that minimum. If your group spends less than the minimum, the difference will appear as a room rental fee on the final bill.

    • Off-Sales, gift cards and takeaway items do not contribute to the minimum spend

    • Yes — but a $3.50 per person surcharge applies. Desserts must be from a kitchen with a valid AHS food handling permit.

    • Group reservations are subject to a 20% automatic gratuity

    • Private events may have a 25% gratuity for additional personal staff

    • We can provide individual bills, but a 5% surcharge will apply. For cocktail-style events, separate billing is not available.

    • Earliest access: 12:00 PM

    • Last call: Between 9:30 PM and 10:30 PM, depending on space

    • End time: Most events conclude by 10:00 or 11:00 PM

    • Extra hours: Available for an additional fee ($200–$500/hour, depending on space)

    • Yes! Enhance your event with a brewery/ distillery tour, available in both basic and in-depth formats. Tours & Tastings

    • Use the appropriate inquiry form for your chosen space or contact our Event Manager to get started. We’re here to make your event seamless and memorable.

    • The main floor, patio and bathrooms are all accessible.

    • The Loft is our only unaccessible space as we do not have an elevator.
