A private dining area featuring sliding glass doors that look into our display kitchen, with additional doors that open onto a small private patio equipped with a private bar during the summer months.

  • Low Season - November – April

    • Half Buyout (3 hours): (excluding Fridays & Saturdays) Minimum spend: $1,500

    • Full Buyout (6 hours): Minimum spend: $2,000

    High Season - May – October

    • Half Buyout (3 hours): Minimum spend: $2,000

    • Full Buyout (6 hours): Minimum spend: $3,000

    *Rates may vary on holidays and long weekends

    • All food and beverage purchases count toward the minimum spend.

      • *The minimum spend refers to the minimum amount your group is required to spend on food and drink to book the space. If the minimum spend requirement is not met, the difference will appear on the final bill.

    • Individual Bills: Subject to a 5% surcharge

    • No separate bills for cocktails style.

Midway & Partial Patio

    • 20 - 40 guests

    • A private dining area featuring sliding glass doors that look into our display kitchen, with additional doors leading to a small private patio.

    • The venue offers indoor cocktail tables for casual mingling, along with outdoor seating featuring umbrella-shaded tables and chairs to ensure guest comfort.

    • Heaters & Gazebos available on request.

    • A Self-Serve Buffet offering a variety of dishes for guests to enjoy at their own pace. See menu >

    • A private outdoor bar and bartender/s.

    • Beverage offerings include draft BLAKE beer, a selection of ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktails, curated wines, and highballs. Shaken cocktails are not included.

    • Shortened beverage options from outside bar. For events requiring a broader beverage experience, there is an option to include one dedicated server offering the full cocktail menu. This service is available with an additional $500 minimum spend.

    • A self-serve wine and prosecco table is available upon request.

    • A Self-Serve Buffet available offering a selection of dishes for guests to enjoy at their own pace. See Menu >

    • A private outdoor bar will be available, staffed by bartenders. Beverage offerings include draft BLAKE beer, a variety of ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktails, a curated selection of wines, and highball options. Please note that shaken cocktails will not be available.

    • For added flexibility, we also offer a self-serve wine and prosecco station upon request.

    • Shortened beverage options from outside bar. No shaken cocktails available.

  • Available June 1st – September 30th

  • Earliest Access: 12:00 PM | Last Call: 10:00 PM

  • Additional Hours: $200 per hour (must be arranged in advance)

  • 50” TV screen with HDMI plug in, access to Spotify through TV screen, music volume control, lighting options.

  • Cake stand, and cake utensils available upon request

  • There is a surcharge of $3.50 per person for any cake, cup cake, or dessert from outside the establishment.

  • All desserts must come from a kitchen that has a valid food handling permit from AHS.

  • Additional rentals available for partial patio and full patio

    • 10x20 Gazebo Tent (2 available): $125 each

    • Heaters (4 available): Please inquire for availability
