A Versatile Indoor-Outdoor Venue for your next event

At BLAKE, we offer a versatile event space perfect for conferences, exhibitions, wedding ceremonies, welcome drinks, receptions, and more. Our spacious venue features large roller doors that open onto an expansive patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience during the summer months. A full buyout gives your group exclusive access to the entire venue. Enjoy a complimentary food tasting, planning session, and direct support from our BLAKE Event Coordinator.

    • 80 Seated | 250 Standing

    • Full Restaurant, Indoor and outdoor space, roller doors leading out to a large patio.

    • 2 drop down 15ft projector screens, lighting options, access to Spotify, music volume control, lighting options.

    • Cocktail style will include low and high-top tables and chairs inside. Patio tables, chairs, umbrellas for summer.

    • Complimentary food tasting, planning session, and direct support from our BLAKE Event Coordinator

    • All food and beverage purchases count toward the minimum spend.

    • Choose from set menus, canapés or self-serve buffet options. See below for detailed menus.

    • Elaborate on drink options?

    • Beverage packages available — full open bar, shortened menu or ticketed bar.

    • Wine and Prosecco on tables or station available on request.

    • Earliest Access: 12:00 PM / Last Call: 10:30 PM / Event Ends: 11:00 PM

    • Additional Hours: $500 per hour (must be arranged in advance)

    • Separate Bills: Subject to a 5% surcharge

    • There is a surcharge of $3.50 per person for any cake, cup cake, or dessert from outside the establishment.

    • All desserts must come from a kitchen that has a valid food handling permit from AHS.

    • Cake stand, and cake utensils available upon request.

    • Outdoor heaters available on request. Additional charges may apply.

    • Separate bills for beverage, ticketed drinks and shortened beverage menu are available.

  • Low Season | October – May (excluding Fridays & Saturdays)

    • Half Buyout (6 hours): Minimum spend: $4,500 – $7,000

    • Full Buyout (11 hours): Minimum spend: $6,000 – $10,000

    High Season | June – September (excluding Fridays & Saturdays)

    • Half Buyout (6 hours): Minimum spend: $6,000 – $12,000

    • Full Buyout (11 hours): Minimum spend: $10,000 – $18,000
